CLARE ROTHI
Mr. Rothi is the founder and President and is responsible for the supervision of all management functions designed to assure compliance with company objectives. With nearly 50 years of insurance experience, he initially acquired insurance, management and accounting experience during his 22 years of employment at the J.M. Wilson Corporation. He brings a unique background, having served in several positions including: assistant fire underwriter; data processing manager; claims manager; assistant personnel manager; controller; and treasurer. He also had the responsibility for and successfully implemented the operation of several small businesses affiliated with the Wilson Corporation, which included an insurance premium finance company. Subsequently, he acquired 5 years of experience as President / Treasurer of The Garrett Agency Inc., a large property and casualty agency in Kalamazoo. While there, he also successfully managed another premium finance company. He completed his undergraduate work in Business Administration, has received his Certification in General Insurance from IIA, numerous certifications in systems, programming and management, and completed four sections of CPCU.

LEANN ELY
Ms. Ely is the Vice President of Operations and Treasurer, handling all internal operations for PFS-Premium Finance Corporation. Her 9+ years in the insurance and finance industry in addition to her 9 years in promotions and public relations provide her with the unique ability to identify with Independent Agents relative to their business and financial needs. Her experience includes: serving as the Vice President of Operations for PFS-PFC; obtaining and practicing as a licensed insurance agent for multiple Independent Insurance Agents; representing the promotions division of General Motors in nation-wide sales meetings; and working as a Public Relations Assistant for Pfizer, formally known as The Upjohn Company. Through each of her ventures, Ms. Ely has gained extensive experience in a variety of software applications, enabling her to use the intuitive approach in management. She holds a business administration degree with a major in finance.

MARK ELY
Mr. Ely is Vice President of Technology and is responsible for providing technical organization and structure for PFS-Premium Finance Corporation. He has over 14 years of experience providing technical and practical solutions for Western Michigan University. In addition, Mr. Ely is the principle of TechZoo LLC, a consulting firm providing IMS planning and implementation services to local business. His experience has provided him with the ability to extract technical needs while providing and maintaining user-friendly applications. In addition to his contributions in the business arena, he has headed several research projects giving him a strong leadership background. He holds a degree and has advanced education in industrial engineering.

GREG GRIFFIN
Mr. Griffin joins the management team after a longstanding relationship as our commercial loan officer originating back to 1999 as Assistant Vice President Commercial Banking for Old Kent Bank, Kalamazoo, MI.  He subsequently was First Vice President Commercial Banking at Standard Federal Bank/LaSalle Bank in Kalamazoo, Vice President Commercial Banking at Tower Bank & Trust in Fort Wayne, IN and most recently Senior Vice President of GE Commercial Finance in Northeast Indiana.  His knowledge of our business, experience in banking and finance, combined with his MBA offers a unique asset to our company.

MIKE OTTEN
Mr. Otten is the Account Specialist handling internal operations for PFS-Premium Finance Corporation.  He has over 5 years experience in the banking industry in addition to over 20 years experience with his family business where he managed customer service.  This background provides Mr. Otten with both ability and insight in client management and enables him to effectively assist both Agents and insureds with a personal touch.  His experience includes: working for First of America Bank now National City/PNC in Student Loans, Commercial Loans-Operations, and Commercial Loans-Quality Control.  In addition, Mr. Otten continues to serve as a consultant to his family business, Otten Trophies, where he helps as needed to ensure a quality experience.  Mr. Otten is an avid bowler and golfer demonstrating his drive towards excellence with more than 13 - 300 games and 3 holes-in-one.
